Accommodation will be offered in a single bedroom, a shared double bedroom or a shared three-bedroom. All seven rooms at Haven have an en suite bathroom.

FOOD
After morning practice, a nutritious breakfast/brunch is served.
In the afternoon, Mélanie provides snacks, coffee and cake.
After the evening practice, a wholesome vegetarian meal is served (organic and seasonal).
If you have any allergies or intolerances, please let us know in advance.

The retreat will be taught in English (unless everyone speaks German)

Shawna
For Shawna, yoga and sound are acts of self-love and connection – with herself, her sourroundings and nature. In her classes, she takes a holistic approach to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Through gentle movements, breathwork and sound, she creates a space for relaxation, restoration and fresh energy. Wherever you are on your journey, Shawna is here to support you in finding balance and serenity.

Annika
Annika is a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. It is her strong believe that through the great gift of movement and breathing we are able to reconnect with our true selves. Her classes are built with care and passion to guide all levels and allow each person to find their way of practicing.

Mélanie
Mélanie Wehrli is a multidisciplinary artist and self-taught chef with over 12 year of experience. She enjoys cooking healthy meals in a playful way, that is always also pleasing to the eye. With her joyful touch of creating she will cook simple, intuitive and creative meals that nourish our entire being.

No. We will always give different variations and modifications in the classes so that you can adapt the practice to your needs. However, we do not recommend this retreat for complete beginners

Of course! Shawna is a certificated Pre- and Postnatal Yoga teacher and will assist you wherever you need adjustments. We always offer options and variations depending on your needs.

We will be a maximum of 16 participants plus the team.

It's a 1,5 hour car journey from Berlin city center and 3.5 hours from Hamburg to Bahnitz, where Haven is located. If you are looking for a lift or could offer a lift with other participants, we are happy to help you arranging small groups to come together. If you are coming by train, take the RE1 from Berlin to Wusterwitz. From there we can book you a group taxi (the costs are shared by the group).

You should bring comfortable clothes for your yoga sessions and anything else you need for your practice. If you feel like swimming and/or going to the sauna, bring your swimming gear and an extra towel. We also recommend bringing a good book to read, a journal for your thoughts and weatherproof clothing for nature walks.
