What a beautiful few days it was.
Fourteen wonderful souls came together at HAVEN Havelland to slow down, reconnect, and simply be.
Surrounded by nature and late-summer light, we shared movement, meditation, nourishing meals,
deep conversations, and moments of stillness.
The space held us with such calm and care —
a perfect setting for reflection, laughter, and quiet transformation. I’m deeply grateful to everyone who joined and contributed their openness and energy.

For Shawna, yoga and sound are acts of self-love and connection – with herself, her sourroundings and nature. In her classes, she takes a holistic approach to harmonize body, mind, and soul. Through gentle movements, breathwork and sound, she creates a space for relaxation, restoration and fresh energy. Wherever you are on your journey, Shawna is here to support you in finding balance and serenity.

Annika
Annika is a certified Yoga Teacher in Hatha/Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. It is her strong believe that through the great gift of movement and breathing we are able to reconnect with our true selves. Her classes are built with care and passion to guide all levels and allow each person to find their way of practicing.

Mélanie
Mélanie Wehrli is a multidisciplinary artist and self-taught chef with over 12 year of experience. She enjoys cooking healthy meals in a playful way, that is always also pleasing to the eye. With her joyful touch of creating she will cook simple, intuitive and creative meals that nourish our entire being.
